My favorite time of the year is Spring and here is my first inspiration of the season. It was taken from a photo I had of an urn filled with Eden roses sitting on my kitchen table. It will be made into a giclee canvas print and on my website soon! I don't have a name for it yet ,maybe you can give me some suggestions.XO Christie

Oh Christie, I LOVE this new painting! It definitely evokes the feeling of Springtime...now if only Spring would hurry up and get here ~ I'm soooo wanting Winter to be over with as I am very tired of seeing all the snow, lol :) Stop by my blog as I have announced some very exciting news!!

I am of French heritage, and one of my great~great grandmothers names was Anais, which means "grace, or graceful"... and since pink roses signify gracefulness as well, I loved that!... ReplyDeleteI love this. I've always loved urns and I've been drawn to birds lately, too. You've gotten some great suggestions on names. Here's some more...Eden's Wings, Eden's Inspiration, Eden's Nest, Nest of Eden, or Nesting in Eden? They may sound better in French? I don't know, now I'm rambling, ha-ha!

That painting just takes my breath away. Beautiful! Here is a suggestion "sweet urnest" (it's a play on words) earnest means "with sincerity" Nest is even in the word.
